Delivery Areas

Delivery is available to most areas between Atawhai, Wakefield & Mapua. If you are unsure if your area is covered, please email us sales@countryblooms.co.nz

Our standard delivery fee outside these areas is $15.00.

Delivery Times

We deliver Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

We complete all deliveries for business between 11am – 5pm. We cannot accept responsibility for orders missing their intended recipients if they leave work early.

We complete all deliveries for residential between 12pm – 7pm. We cannot meet requests for timed deliveries as our drivers must select the most efficient route to complete our daily deliveries on time.

Same Day Orders

We cannot guarantee same day delivery for orders received after 12pm.

Undeliverable Orders

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the address provided is possible to deliver to. If you are unsure if the recipient will be home, please advise a safe place to leave the flowers if no one is available to accept them. Special instructions can be entered during checkout.

If special instructions are not received, our courier will find a safe place, i.e. front door, or veranda. If there is no safe place, they will be returned to us for re-delivery the following day. This will incur a re-delivery fee.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept responsibility for any orders that are lost or stolen when left unattended. Nor can we accept responsibility for any incorrect delivery addresses.

Re-Delivery

We are unable to make multiple delivery attempts on the same day. Orders will be returned to us and placed in water overnight. These will be re- delivered the following day, after more instructions have been received. A re-delivery fee will be incurred.
